Hello there... I know I know it has been a long time since the last post... what can I say... I was busy with work, work, and my new hobby that I ado pt… I guess you know what it is... :) photography... Finally I bought a new (used) digital camera that I will start with my professional career in photography… I bough t Sony DS C-R1 10.3 PM digital camera…. . after work most of the time I just start play with it and learn... today I got the books I ordered though www.amazon.com... I am happy and I promise you that I will balance my time and write more... ;) here are some pictures I took ... no photo shop modification added to it... and I know I need more time to learn photograph y techniques My friend's house... On the last ten years I saw a lot of advertisements on TV, internet, and hearing on radio about how to loose weight, get the perfect body in three months, and follow this program and you will loose 10 pounds in 5 days… Do you think this will work? Eat salads or grilled meet or grilled vegetables and you will loose weight!!!! I think loosing weight it take more than STOP EATING …. You have to know what to eat and when to eat… and the most important is to dome some exercises… running, jogging, walking… and many other sport activities… the best deit I am following is: To divide your stomach to three 1/3(s)… 1/3 for the food you eat, 1/3 is for the water you drink and 1/3 for the air your breath… plus running 5 times per week for 1 hour… And I am eating everything…. :)
